Kom Ombo Temple 

While you're on the boat, you'll suddenly see Kom Ombo Temple appearing spectacularly on the riverbank—as if it’s been guarding the Nile for centuries. 

This temple was built around 181 BC and was dedicated to two gods: "Horus" (the god of protection) and "Sobek" (the god of fertility and water). 

The temple is split into two symmetrical halves, each dedicated to one god—a very rare design in Egyptian temples. It’s full of carvings and drawings that tell the story of life and religion in ancient times, like a comic strip drawn 2,000 years ago!

The Sobek section even includes real mummified crocodiles that were discovered recently, which makes the experience even stranger and more exciting. 

Arriving in Aswan

Once we’ve explored the remarkable Kom Ombo Temple, we’ll head back to our boat and set sail toward the enchanting city of Aswan, arriving by evening.
