Morning: Tour of Aswan's Temples
After breakfast on board the Dahabiya, you'll begin your day with a visit to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was completely relocated to its current location after the construction of the High Dam. Next, you'll visit the High Dam, one of the greatest engineering projects of the 20th century, where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the vast Lake Nasser.
Evening: Discover Nubian Culture
After the historical tour, you'll head to a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile, where you'll learn about Nubian culture and traditions that have endured for thousands of years. You'll visit a Nubian family, where you'll learn about their lifestyle, hear stories passed down through generations, and sample some traditional Nubian food.
A Special Egyptian Night in Aswan
In the evening, you'll enjoy a special evening inspired by the Egyptian atmosphere, where you'll have a traditional Egyptian dinner at one of Aswan's archaeological sites or fine restaurants, accompanied by live music that reflects the spirit of the place.

Optional Excursion to Abu Simbel Temples
We embark on a private excursion to one of the greatest pharaonic temples, the Abu Simbel Temple, built by King Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty. The temple is distinguished by its colossal statues carved into the mountain, reflecting the grandeur of ancient Egyptian civilization.
Near the main temple is the Temple of Nefertari, the beloved wife of Ramses II, which was dedicated to the goddess Hathor.
These magnificent temples were saved from submersion during the construction of the High Dam, remaining an enduring testament to the engineering ingenuity of the ancient Egyptians.
After the visit, we return to Aswan and transfer to Aswan Airport for our flight to Cairo.

The Library of Alexandria: Our first stop is a visit to one of the largest libraries in the world, housing approximately 8 million books. We will see its open courtyard, where statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy I, who played a major role in the city's history, stand.
The Roman Theater: We will visit the Roman Theater, a unique archaeological site where a group of sunken artifacts dating back to the Roman era were discovered.
St. Mark's Church: We will then head to visit the oldest church in Africa, bearing a distinct religious and historical legacy.
Traditional Markets: A pleasant tour of the old city center, where traditional markets teem with life, selling everything from Egyptian sweets to handicrafts, with a blend of Baroque, Italian, and French architecture adorning the area.
The Mosque of the Prophet Daniel: Believed to be linked to the tomb of Alexander the Great, it houses the remains of the eminent scholar, the Prophet Daniel, and his companion, Sidi Luqman the Wise.
Optional Lunch: Stop for lunch at a modern fish restaurant, or sample traditional Alexandrian dishes at the famous Mohamed Ahmed Restaurant, which has been visited by international figures such as the Queen of Spain.
Gold Market and Mansheya: We'll pass through Alexandria's oldest markets, where traditional wedding and engagement jewelry is sold, as well as the famous women's market (Zanket el-Setat).
Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque: Alexandria's largest and most beautiful mosque, followed by an exploration of the surrounding area, where old-fashioned rides and swings still offer a charming, traditional atmosphere.
Alexandria Corniche and Qaitbay Citadel: We'll continue the tour to the Corniche, where you can take stunning photos of the old port and fishing boats, before heading to Qaitbay Citadel, built on the ruins of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Montazah Gardens: We'll conclude our day by visiting Montazah Gardens, where King Farouk's palace is nestled amidst picturesque green spaces extending to the seafront. You can stroll across the famous Montazah Bridge to reach "Tea Palace" Island, where queens once enjoyed the enchanting sea views.
On the way back, we can make a quick stop at the Mango King for a fresh juice, or take a souvenir photo at the Unknown Soldier Monument.

After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Alexandria for a trip to Rashid, about 60 kilometers away. You'll experience the simple life of this historic city. The tour begins with a boat ride on the Nile River, arriving at the confluence of the Nile and the Mediterranean Sea, amidst breathtaking natural scenery.
You'll visit the citadel where the famous Rosetta Stone was discovered in 1799. This discovery contributed to the decipherment of hieroglyphics and the understanding of ancient Egyptian civilization.
