Pick up from the Port of Port Said
As soon as you arrive, one of our representatives will be waiting to meet you at the port and take you to our first famous tourist attraction of Egypt Tours, the Pyramids of Giza.
The Giza Pyramid Complex
That extraordinary place which holds the historical marvel left behind by the kings of the Fourth Dynasty. The complex comprises the three pyramids, flanked by three smaller pyramids for the queens and sons, with the Sphinx standing majestically before them.
The Great Pyramid
The Great Pyramid belongs to King Khufu and is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
It was built to commemorate the king and contained numerous chambers, including the burial chamber, which housed the king’s mummy and his personal effects, as well as other chambers containing exceptional artefacts and decorations.
The Sphinx
That magnificent statue, built during the reign of King Khafre. The statue has the head of a lion, symbolising intellect and wisdom, and the body of a lion, symbolising strength and dominance.
The Valley Temple
It is one of the temples that remains in excellent condition today, thanks to its unique location in the Giza Plateau, which has protected it from the elements.
This temple was built as a funerary temple in which royal mummification rites were performed prior to burial in the chambers of the pyramids.
The Grand Egyptian Museum
It is considered one of the largest archaeological complexes in the world, and one of the colossal temples situated on a vast site stretching alongside the Pyramids of Giza. The temple that we see in our Two Days Trip to Cairo from Port Said houses thousands of artefacts dating back to various periods and dynasties.
The most famous of these are the colossal statue of King Ramses II, which stands over 11 metres tall, and the collection of King Tutankhamun, comprising 5,000 artefacts.
Lunchtime
Next comes lunchtime, when the most delicious traditional Egyptian dishes are served, offering a rich and complete dining experience.
Pyramid of Saqqara
An extraordinary tour of the first complete stone structure known to humankind. This pyramid reflects the ingenuity of the architect Imhotep, who created a masterpiece that predated the Pyramids.
Overnight stay
We will then head to a 5-star hotel that we have arranged for your comfort, so you can get ready for a day full of fun and excitement.
