Itinerary 

• Day 1 : Arrival Cairo

The moment you clear immigration and meet your tour guide, your adventure through time will begin. He'll be there to assist and guide you to your accommodation at the exquisite Kempinski Nile Hotel. After checking into your hotel, you and he will review your itinerary and finalize pick-up times for your exciting day trips ahead, relax with a cold complimentary "welcome" drink in hand and the breathtaking views of Cairo stretching before you, then enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

• Day 2 : Memphis & Pyramid Adventure

The day trip will commence after breakfast, where you will first visit the ancient capital of Egypt in Memphis. This magnificent place was founded by King Menes during the Old Kingdom. You will then go to Sakkara, to have a tour around Djoser's Step Pyramid, overwhelmingly impressive evidence of the genius of architectural arts by the greatest architect Imhotep, built for King Zoser.

Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before visiting the Giza necropolis to view the three famous pyramids of Cheops, Mykerinus and Chefren, said to represent the Great Pyramids of Giza. Of course, you cannot miss viewing the Great Sphinx, the half-pharaoh, half-lion creature, but also the Valley Temple.

• Day 3 : Day tour in Cairo

After having a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel, start off for a visit to Cairo. Enjoy a private visit to the Egyptian Museum, and learn more about the rather exciting life of Tutankhamun. Be amazed at this beautiful display of artifacts and relive your love for wonders from Ancient Egypt this morning.

You will then be driven to the historic Citadel of Salah El Din, built in 1183 AD during the reign of Salah El Din to protect the city from Crusader invasions. Now, after seeing the citadel, you will be transferred to the magnificent Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, which is named for one of the most important, most powerful ancient Egyptian rulers ever known, whose reign lasted for more than 40 years.     
After lunch and sumptuous, savoring food, start-off to El Khalili Bazaar without any doubt the finest shopping hub in the city and epitome of Middle Eastern tradition. En-route to the culminate your day, stop by some of Cairo's most incredible churches, like the Church of St. Barbara, the Church of Abu Serga, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Hanging Church.

You will then be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo to spend a relaxing evening in the heart of the city.

• Day 4 : Dahabiya Nile Cruise

This morning after breakfast, drive to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor to begin your luxurious Dahabiya Nile cruise. Ahead is a week under sail through the very best river scenery on the Dahabiya, in style and safety, giving you the vacation of a lifetime.

Amon-Ra's gigantic temple complex at Karnak is up next after your onboard lunch. Powder your heart with Hypostyle Hall, with 137 columns; it is just an overwhelming view to behold. Also part of the equation is the Luxor Temple of the 28th Dynasty. You will stay overnight peacefully aboard your cruise ship in Luxor.

• Day 5 : West Bank Wonders

Have breakfast on board the cruise, then start your tour of the various sights on the West Bank. Day 11: Fly from Aswan to Cairo
